Dimapur, November 30 (MExN): In connection with the ongoing 'Clean Toilets Campaign,' the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed all schools, colleges, government offices, fuel stations, bus and railway stations, hotels and restaurants, hospitals, lessees of DMC's Pay & Use Toilets operators, and market areas within its jurisdiction to comply with the campaign and keep toilets clean and hygienic.
This follows a letter dated November 22, stating that the Nagaland Urban Development Department, under Swachh Bharat Mission (U) 2.0, launched a Clean Toilets Campaign on November 18, World Toilet Day, informed by a notification from the DMC Administrator W Manpai Phom. The campaign will culminate on December 25, Good Governance Day.
