DIMAPUR: The Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) in its meeting held on June 27 took the decision to implement the Land/Building Taxation Act as per rules.
A public notification to this effect was issued by Akato, Convenor, Municipal Property Tax Committee, DMC. As per the notification the determination of Annual value of land & buildings have been fixed (see table below). Meanwhile the land and building owners have been requested to submit suggestions or objections if an within thirty (30) days from the date of issue of the notification.
