Dimapur, July 17 (MExN): District Statistical Officer (DSO), Kiphire has informed all teachers in charge who are appointed to act as a local registrar of births and deaths, to report to DSO on or before July 31. Kiphire, DSO M. Akang in a press release informed that as there is no report from the local registrar of births and deaths under Kiphire district and also detected that births and deaths certificates are not utilized in order. Therefore, all the teacher incharge in their respective village are requested to bring 2 (Two) passport size copy for identity card. Without producing the identity card, no materials will be issued in the near future at any cost.
