EAC Probationers (2009 batch) with Station Commander Chauhan of 10 IAF Jorhat
Dimapur, December 5 (MExN): The EAC Probationers (2009 batch) recently concluded their Air Force attachment at the 10 IAF Wing, Jorhat from November 29 to December 2.
A press note received here informed that during their attachment, they observed the workings of Air Traffic Control Tower, Met observation Room, Military Engineering Services, Air Force Hospital & Air Force Wives Welfare Association. They also visited the 49 Squadron Air Force where they were given a power point presentation on Sortee Planning, besides interaction with the air crew and various station officers.
It may be mentioned that this is the first time ever in the north-East that such an attachment of any State Civil Services officers has been done with the Air Force.
