Dimapur, March 31 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organization (ENPO), handing and taking over programme for the tenure, 2021- 2023 was held at Hotel Saramati Dimapur on March 31. 

The new team of ENPO office bearers was elected during its 2021 general session held at Tobu town on February 25, informed a press release issued by the ENPO Media Cell.

The new team will be led by C Sashi Naga as President and Manlang Phom as General Secretary. Along with 64 Central Executive Council (CEC) members from the six tribes, the other office bearers of the ENPO included L Nyeiang Konyak; Pamo NS Lam; Z Throngshe Yimchunger; W Bendang Chang as Vice President; Yansomong Yimchunger, L Shellem Khiamniungan, Hongkam D Phom, W Manwang, Konyak, TS James Sangtam, Sipong Chang and Secretary; C Bendang Chang Finance Secretary; Toshi Phom, Information Secretary; PKF Tochu, Treasurer (Dimapur) and Dr & Dr Longai Phom, Treasurer (Kohima). 

The advisors including T Kekongchim Yimchunger, Lusang Khiamniungan, Metpong Phom, Nungsanglemba Chang, S Manlip Konyak, Thsapongkyu Sangtam.

“The handing and taking over programme will be held within a month time,” it stated.
