The Eastern Sumi Sub-Hoho vehemently condemn and express our resentment against the 26th April 2013 incident wherein an innocent victim by the name Mr.Kito Z.Ayemi of Sitimi Village a Govt.Primary teacher was caught by Kohima Town command NSCN(IM) on mere suspicion and for falsely implicating the victim was involved in collection of tax’s based on misleading and malafide information provided by a non-local person, as a result of which the victim was assaulted both physically and mentally thereby inflicting with head and bodily injury, as such a slapdash action meted upon public without asserting the facts and without having conclusive proof and evidence can’t be justified in any manner and is highly condemnable”.
In this regard the Hoho would like to clarify and justified the facts to all the concern on behalf of victim that, he has neither involved in collection of taxation in any manner nor connected with any other factions, however he was caught on account of misleading information provided by a person named Rohit Ahmed who had also voluntarily admitted on his malafide intention before the Kohima Village Youth Organization (KVYO). In view of the above facts and circumstances the Hoho fervently appeal to the concern higher authority to seriously probe into the matter and to take disciplinary action against responsible person’s involved.
We further appeal to the higher authorities of different faction’s that, if strict and proper instruction are laid upon their respective caders incharge under various capacities not to act upon their indiscriminately while exercising their bounded assignments without ascertaining the facts, so as to prevent the innocent public from unnecessary harassment.
