DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 12 (MExN): The East Dimapur Town Council (EDTC) has issued a strict advisory to the public, stating that no seasonal festivals, events, carnivals or similar activities shall be organized within its jurisdiction without prior permission from the Town Council office.
The council warned that strict action will be taken against any violation of this directive. Citizens, groups, and organizations are urged to comply in order to maintain order and discipline in the East Dimapur area. The EDTC further clarified that no other department, body, or authority is empowered to grant permission for such events within its jurisdiction.
