DIMAPUR, MAY 1 (MExN): MLA, Azheto Zhimomi inaugurated the village gate of Ekranipathar village on April 29. Speaking during the occasion, Zhimomi said that people should live in unity for upliftment of society.
Azheto said Ekaranipathar village originally belonged to the Garo community but now has become a village that comprises of number of different communities and all the settlers must live in communal harmony while also not forgetting the original settlers.
Stressing on the UDA government's efforts on the Naga solution, Zhimomi said the State Government is taking the Naga political solution seriously and putting in best effort to resolve the issue at the earliest. He added that the government is also trying to bring all groups of Naga national workers to come to a common platform. He appealed that every Naga should support and voice out to get their rights at the earliest.
