The Emergency Public Utility facility at Chakhesang Hoho Kohima (CHK) building was dedicated on July 21 near Naga Hospital, Kohima.
This facility will facilitate the public/bereaved families during unfortunate demise and other emergency situation.
This facility was dedicated by Rev Vevo Phesao, Senior Pastor, Chakhesang Baptist Church, Minister Hill’s, Kohima.
Addressing the gathering, former minister Zachilhü Vadeo lauded the benevolent gesture of the CHK in extending such facility towards the public interest.
He called upon the Chakhesang community in Kohima to stay united for a common good.
Everything is possible when there is unity and peace, he said.
Earlier, CHK President Dozhohü Tunyi delivered welcome address while CHK General Secretary and Building Committee Convenor Mütsivoyi Kotso briefed the purpose of instituting the public utility facility.
One can now contact CHK officials for availing the space.
He informed that CHK is also planning to come out with a home stay facility soon.
CHK Joint Secretary Chipakhuyi Rhakho thanked each and every individual for their support towards the ongoing construction of the CHK building.
The dedication programme was chaired by CHK finance secretary Lhüvesayi Lohe while Rev Dr Kevekhalo Lasuh, senior pastor, Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima pronounced benediction.
Former minister Z Lohe, CPO Former President Kekhwengulo Lea, CHK Former President Theja Therie, and others attended the programme.
