Entrepreneurship development prog underway

Dimapur, April 19 (MExN):  The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) Dimapur, a national institute under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India is organising a two weeks entrepreneurship development programme under PMEGP scheme from April 19 to 30 at IIE Branch Office, Dimapur. The programme is being sponsored by Khadi & Village Industry Commission, Dimapur.
A press release issued by Pranjal Kr Das, PIO, IIE Dimapur informed that more than 37 participants from Dimapur, Peren, Phek and Zunheboto districts are attending the programme.
The inauguration programme was graced by I. Athuba Lusang, Assistant Director, KVIC Dimapur as the chief guest. He spoke on the importance of the programme and expectations from the participants. He also explained about the financial matter of the scheme and requested the participants to timely recovery the sanctioned loan amount. The guest of honour for the programme was M. Senti Jamir, ADO, KVIB, PMEGP i/c Longleng. He dwelt on the viability of different projects with regard to business and capitalizing the entrepreneurships caliber through this programme.
Welcoming the participants, Pranjal Kr Das, PIO, IIE Dimapur, who coordinate the programme briefed about the scheme, role and services of IIE which the participants can avail. The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Sani Pongen, RA, IIEE, Dimapur.
