Chef M. Shangrwiwon along with trainees on the second day of the “Exotic School of Cooking” training on Bakery and Confectionery which is under way at Cosmos Entertainment Hall, Mokokchung from July 27. The training programme is being organized by Ao Milen with an objective to give first hand knowledge especially to the students and housewife on how to make different kinds of cake, chocolate truffle, royal icing, fruit and vegetables designing etc. Two Naga ladies, Chef M.
