Recently "Naga Discussion Forum" team, a facebook group got the opportunity to visit Mon District. As we entered Namtola and reached Namsa, the bridge connecting Assam and Nagaland was made of wood! I was shocked! A bridge connecting two states made of wood? Come on! The river dividing Konyak land and Assamese land is not big. How comes either of the two State governments have no funds to build a small concrete bridge? As I stood on the bridge to inspect it, a huge truck pushed in grumbling, the bridge swerved from side to side! I ran for my life! This is a bad joke seriously or is the bridge some kind of relic given orders by the Anghs of Konyak to preserve it!
The Road from Namsa to Mon... Well hello! You need Battle tanks to travel it. 56 crores granted to repair that stretch, yeah right!
I want to know, which contractor was awarded the contract? PWD (R&B) a round of applause. So you build this kind of roads.
Minister (R&B) ummm how many more trump towers and Expensive SUV you have bought with the money?

Come on! Eastern Nagaland has every reason to demand "Frontier Nagaland" with the eye ball burning negligence! Yes! What are their MLAs doing too? ENPO and ENSF hire some good lawyers and sue the government. ENSF kindly raise RTI Activists and expose the concerned Departments.
I will conclude by repeating ACAUT Nagaland's demand. Lok Ayukta needs to be instituted.
