DIMAPUR, MAY 5 (MExN): The Dimapur DC today informed that a dedicated facilitation centre will be opened at the Directorate of Food and Civil Supplies (DoFCS) to help stranded people from other States to return back to their respective States with effect from May 6, 11:00am onwards.
