Dimapur, January 6 (MExN): 8 members of Faith in Action Taekwondo Academy represented India in the recently held 12th International Open Friendship Taekwondo Championship on January 1 and 2 at Nepal and won 10 medals – 2 gold, 2 silver and 6 bronze. The medal winners in Kyruogi are Kevin – Gold, Imnatoshi Longkumer – Silver, Katila Kachari – Silver, Tovi Sema – Bronze, and Alito Sumi – Bronze. In Poomsae event, Kevin won another gold while Jennifer Fernandez, Imnatoshi Longkumer, Manish Chhetri and Deep Kumar won bronze. The Championship was organised by IOFTC Headquarters, Portland, USA in association with Itahari Taekwondo Dojang at Itahari, Sunrise District of Nepal.
