Mokokchung: Financial Management is one subject about which Nagas generally have no apposite awareness and knowledge. Observing this as a serious issue of concern which handicaps many Nagas in facing the many facets of financial challenges in today’s world, the Mokokchung Entrepreneurs Consortium is organizing a workshop on Practical Financial Management and Accounting Methods at Mokokchung on May 16 and 17, in association with the Christian Business Mentors Council of India.
Mokokchung Entrepreneurs Consortium Chairman, Tsukti Longkumer informed in après release that this workshop is specially suited for entrepreneurs, churches, institutions, NGOs, individuals and home-makers. The chief resource person for the workshop is Raja B. Singh, one’s of India’s top Chartered Accountants who will be assisted by Johnson Samuel, Financial Management Trainer and Chief Operating Officer of Compass Ministries India.
Raja B.Singh, a Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a devout Christian, has been rendering his services to small and large business companies as well as to churches and NGOs across India as financial consultant. He lectures in many conferences and seminars of professional interest and was a Visiting Faculty of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. He was the National President of the Gideons International in India and was later nominated as the International Trustee of the Gideons International.
