Tseminyu, April 17 (MExN): The official jersey and anthem of the Football Association Tseminyu District (FATD) were officially launched at the CRBC Conference Hall, Zunpha on April 17.
A press release from the association informed that at the launching event, FATD Secretary Asao Seb gave a brief introduction while Techncial Head, Hethanglo Kath introduced the players.
The FATD Anthem, “March for Victory" by Obed Kath, thereafter, was officially adopted followed by the launching of FATD Jersey by Chawan Anal, Branch Manager, SBI Tseminyu.
In his speech, Anal advised the players to stay motivated and to refrain from taking any sort of intoxicants.
Earlier in the day, the FATD players also attended the Easter Sunday service at CRBC Mission Church, Zunpha and presented a special number.
The launching programme was chaired by FATD Executive Member, Shakelo Thong and prayer was invoked by Gwathonglo ThongThong, Pastor, CRBC Mission Church Zunpha.
It ended with prayer of blessings for the players and their related events at Dr T Ao Tournament in Mokokchung by Rev Hini Tep, Mission Secretary, CRBC, the release added.
