Peren, December 21 (MExN): A repaired, renovated and facelift Forest View point Jalukie under the Peren Forest Division, was inaugurated by M. Mhonbemo Ngullie, IFS Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Nagaland on December 20.
This view point is situated in the most strategic location of the town, where one can enjoy the blessings of nature and avail nature’s bounty and is the only place for environmental recreation, stated a press release received here.
The APCCF in his address said that Peren District is one of the most blessed lands with beautiful nature and its resources. He also noted that, the effort of public Forest Department towards public service could grow and multiply only where there is healthy relationship, co-operation and indomitable support from the public. A dedicatory prayer was offered by Mpom, pastor Local Baptist church, Jalukie.
The Divisional Forest Officer, Peren, Dr. Sentitula. IFS thanked all the participants of the programme and she also made a fervent plea to all the participants to support their effort so that blessing like Forest View point will continue to bless the people of the land.
The programme was attended by ward chairman, pastors from different churches, representative from Women Welfare organisation and Youth Wing Organisation. The programme concluded with a prayer pronounced by Irai Ranger.
