Former DMC Advisor rejoinder to NPCC

In response to the NPCC press rejoinder on DMC issue publication on 03/07/2012 in the local dailies the undersigned would like to hereby clarify the factual position to the public and readers.

That, in regard to NPCC statement that I have obtained Anticipatory Bail from the Court for fear of arrest, I would like to herein explicate that Anticipatory Bail is not an umbrella for the criminals but it is meant for the protection of the innocent person/s who are accused for political reasons or personal vendetta  on frivolous, concocted, false and motivated cases. And as such the Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail by taking into consideration all the facts involved in the instant case. That, it is pertinent to mention herein that even the CEO has obtained  Anticipatory Bail along with staff of DMC amongst others.

That, in regard to the alleged commission received by the undersigned from the lessees/ contractors, It is relevant to mention that the CEO is the only authority to  charter/ issue lease, contract or all other official works in connection with DMC and that the Advisors concerned have  no authority to allocate the same.

That, in regard to the alleged misappropriation of funds, the matter is under investigation and the same shall be logically concluded.

That reminding the NPCC in connection with the Notice dated 30/06/12, in the event of failure to produce evidence to substantiate that the undersigned have received commission  within 7 days as stated in the Notice, I shall initiate criminal as well as civil proceedings against you under appropriate forum.
