Zunheboto, February 14 (MExN): Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in-charge of Home and Border Affairs, Y Patton laid the foundation stone of the office of Sub-Divisional Police Officer at Akuluto Sub-Division, Zunheboto on February 14.
A DIPR report stated that speaking at the programme, Patton appreciated Advisor Kazheto Kinimi for taking up the project for the welfare of the people when needed at the most. He also assured to look up the needs of the people for development in the days to come too. Advisor Kazheto Kinimi expressed his appreciation to the Deputy Chief Minister for speeding up the present post of SDPO at Akuluto which he said was a landmark in the history of Nagaland Police.
During the programme, SP Zunheboto, Kupe Kapfo, NPS delivered the welcome address. Short speeches were delivered by Chairman Adhoc Town Committee Akuluto, Vikheho Achumi; President Akuluto Area GB Association, Ghotokhu and DIG Range Kohima, Rotihu Tetseo. SDPO Akuluto, Meyiakum, NPS chaired the program while vote of thanks was pronounced by Addl SP Zunheboto, Vekhrolo Koza, NPS.
A folk song was presented by the women folk from Lumitsami Village while a folk dance were performed by Sutemi Village.
