Yes:
• Because it destroys a multitude of people slowly.
• I hope it will minimise the influence on the coming generation. Also the regulation body of those products should be taken responsibility by forming committee at all levels. Otherwise the scope would remain more or less like the NLTP Act 1989. Thank you.
• It has no positive impact in any aspect but only leads to dead
• Not Good For Health
• Tobacco is injurious to health. If ban is not imposed, it would ruin the health of present and future generations
• The government could implement stricter rule implementing age regulation to purchase tobacco related products.
• What is there to loose and even on drug use also.
No:
• No way, just look at alcohol? banned? does not look like it, as it flows like a river. Those who want to will does who don’t wont, better education should be provided regarding this issue at grassroots level.
• I am a user. More awareness programs on its ill effects would be more fruitful.
Other:
• Bans can be imposed or stripped off. But whatever the case, it comes to implementation by the authority. On the one hand, just like the Liquor prohibition Act, if it failed or partially implemented, than it will only create anomalies and black marketing Syndicates- making a few selected underground parties richer while introducing under-quality products at a higher price. Vis-a-Vis. It all depends on the moral and practical sense on the populace at large-to consume, use or discard for health benefits.
• If the government wants to stop it for good, I suggest they ban its import, legal as well as the so called black markets.
• It will be another NLTP Act.
• It will be the same as NLTP Act. Don't make yourself a laughing stock
