GOI’s diktat not acceptable: NSCN Khaplang

The so-called emissary of NSCN (IM) has no right to say anything in regards to Govt. of India (GOI) and NSCN’s Ceasefire Ground Rules (CFGR). The decision taken during last meeting in preventing the movement with arms is not acceptable because Indian election law cannot be applied to NSCN/GPRN which is different entity.

The Naga national movement exist before Nagaland state came into being and it will continue even if Nagaland state vanishes.
The recognition of the newly flouted Khole group by GOI meanly to weaken NSCN/GPRN becomes the big burden for the GOI today. Because these group became the extortionist and robbers in Naga country.

The NSCN/GPRN who signed Ceasefire during 2001 had five (5) functioning designated camps of which Khehoi camp was given away by the GOI to Khole group as if it is their own private property to be used at their own interests. The GOI have no right to give away the NSCN’s property to anyone same as nobody can give away somebody’s wife to anyone. The NSCN (K) had established Athibung as the first designated camp which was dismantle by vested interests officials of Indian Govt. and the Ceasefire group aimed at weakening the NSCN K also the same vested interests group has de-notified Kuthur Wungto camp. Now the newly flouted Khole group has five (5) designated camps while NSCN K the oldest organization have only two (2) designated camps.

The NSCN K still remembers the incident of 19th Dec’2011 where GOI and security forces allowed Khole group to attack proposed NSCN K’s sub-office at Dimapur.

Govt. Of India (GOI) who always tries to weaken the Naga national movement had used NSCN (IM) as an instrument against the Nagas, this GOI officers have falsely promised (IM) group that, the GOI will talk only with (IM) and solution only through (IM) but the NSCN will not allowed it to happen every time GOI says that, it cannot roll back from its commitment therefore, it continues to have talks with (IM) but GOI cannot chew the Naga political movement because the size of the Naga political movement is bigger than her mouth. But how comes the GOI roll back from her commitment in the case of NSCN K’s sub-office at Dimapur?

NSCN K will observe the first anniversary on 16th March marking the illegal raiding of NSCN CF office and then supervisor Wangtin Nagas house at the behest of Khole group. The Khole group exists only under the wings of GOI who will become liability not only for the Nagas but also for the GOI. In regards to Abao camp of Khole group the GOI forcefully established it against the wishes of the Konyak people meanly to weaken the NSCN but the NSCN K will continue to survive under any circumstances till Nagas achieve sovereignty.

It becomes transparent that black and white draft for NSCN (IM) solution will come shortly which will be rejected by the NSCN K hence, IM have no right to talk about Naga politics.
