DIMAPUR: In a frantic appeal to the two communities involved over the Tobu crisis, the State Cabinet today held an emergency meeting in connection with the ongoing Tobu issue and other matters related to it. This was informed through a press communiqué issued by Chief Secretary, P. While appealing to the two communities, it also cautioned that no group or community should aggravate the situation. “Government will deal firmly with any individual, group or organization who takes law in their own hands.
