The Government Hindi Institute (GHI) Dimapur organized a welcome service for its newly posted Principal, BP Philip on August 26. 


A press release stated here that speaking during the welcome service, Sangtsoi, Teaching Faculty, AS Yarthotngam and YP Singh, Instructor Hindi, Hekuto, Ministerial Staff and Rometo Sema, ANHTU President expressed dissatisfaction on the developmental activities and academic standard of GHI Dimapur even after completion of 50 years of its existence. 


All the speakers requested the new Principal to put forward the basic need of the Institute for the development of Hindi education in the State. 


While expressing his concern for Hindi education in the state and particularly for the GHI Dimapur, the new Principal assured that the authority concerned will be informed through every possible ways and means in order to bring changes in its infrastructure as well as academic standard as per the national norms and policies of the Government.
