GPRN condemns, rubbishes NSCN (K)’s ‘concocted write-ups’

The NSCN (K) appears to have attracted media attention for the wrong misleading reasons, justifying “concocted and misconstrued write-ups” in their latest malicious drama expressed their “awkwardness” “out of guilty conscious” while trying “to evade the truth” started pointing fingers towards GPRN/NSCN for June 7 incident near Mohonkhola at Kohima without any proof but basing purely on “assumption and presumption” which is uncalled for, and does not have an iota of truth. The GPRN/NSCN condemns NSCN (K) for not adhering to the Cease-Fire Ground Rules once again and attacked Ghukiye Designated Camp, Zunheboto unprovoked on 12 June 2012 at 10:30 PM.

The GPRN/NSCN considers NSCN (K)’s  attacking on one hand, pointing fingers and blaming towards the GPRN on the other hand is ‘normal daily affairs routine’, since NSCN (K) sole political vision appears to be in creating controversies of sorts “blaming and barking a habitual call of duty” and denigrating the senior leaders with vicious propaganda without proof, and  blaming GPRN/NSCN is like ‘telling camel to pass through the hole of the needle or telling cow to climb the tree’ which is completely an ‘absurdity’ blaming under the “illusion of nightmare” and “sleeping-walk fantasy beclouded mentality.”

The GPRN/NSCN recollects the past incidences and interactions in which the GPRN has been very much committed with sincerity of all the resolutions after resolutions so as to prevails peace. The commitments made with various NGO’s by GPRN/NSCN or NSCN (K) should be wisely “measured and weight” to know which group is truly dedicated and honoured the past resolutions with sincerity.

Retrospection to the resolution of December 26, 2011, the GPRN/NSCN honoured and upholds the resolution in true spirit, withdrawn its cadres immediately from civilian populated area and confined to the Ghukiye Designated Camp, Zunheboto. However, NSCN (K) defy the resolution of December 26, 2011 by continuously stationing their cadres in public area at the heart of Zunheboto Town and endangered the lives of common people that lead to present ‘unwanted ugly situation.’ The present situation has a “crystal clear indication” in which none can come to conclusion and blame both the groups for the current impasse but, it is NSCN (K) who should be solely held responsible because they are the one who always defy the resolution and attacked the GPRN/NSCN cadre’s even while having a prayer meeting where one innocent civilian was shot dead on 29th May 2012 in Zunheboto, unprovoked and again attacked Ghukiye Designated Camp on 12 June 2012 at 10:30 PM. Let the fact reveals to the people without any prejudices, narrow projection of the incident will obviously conjure up negative images and perception in the mind of the public. Against this backdrop it is noteworthy to begin by mentioning point blank upfront on issue to thoroughly scrutiny the incident, retrospect the resolutions adopted earlier and reveal the truth in the eyes of public for who is to blame, The GPRN/NSCN appeals to the Nagas to be aware and handle the situation with wisdom by applying the “same yardstick” as to who is to blame? Which group is responsible for June 7 shooting incident near Mohonkhola at Kohima? And who and why one has to always provoke and attack other?

The GPRN/NSCN calls upon the Naga frontal organisations and law enforcing agencies to initiate the probe and trace out who the real culprit is? The GPRN/NSCN out rightly denounces any involvement in Mohonkhola firing incidents and is ready to extend all possible assistance to identify the culprits and suggested to collectively roots out such an evil elements from the society. GPRN/NSCN will leave no stone unturned to unearth the truth and award rigorous penalty upon the culprits.
