Dimapur, January 10 (MExN): A note from the GPRN/NSCN today said it has “amicably settled” a land dispute case involving one Kudolhou Mowo, “holder of land patta Rgd. no. 73, between 7th Mile Village and Sodzulhou Village and selling the same plot to four (4) different buyers.” According to a note from Longshen Khiamnungan, “tribunal convener,” the “tribunal committee” the “disputing parties and mutually and amicably arrived at an agreement acceptable to all parties.” The disputed plot, along with the building, would be disposed off to “willing parties at the earliest by the GPRN/NSCN tribunal and the invested amount of all aggrieved parties shall be promptly reimbursed,” the note said. “As per the agreement signed by those involved in the dispute, utmost co-operation is sought.”
