Pughoboto, April 25 (MExN): ‘Green Pughoboto’ block-wise plantation drive continues with villagers, officers, students, churches, etc. The drive in the two blocks, KT and Asükiqa area was undertaken on April 23 and 25 respectively.
A DIPR report stated that MLA Y Vikheho Swu initiated the ongoing mission and through it, a thousand saplings of different species were planted in the division under the LADP since 2014. Swu expressed gratitude and extended best wishes to all the participants in their efforts and added that cherry trees will be provided to those villages that have not been received in June.
The netizens of Kilomi, LazaKhuluqa, Chishilimi, Iqhavito, Chisholimi, Lazami, Kichilimi, Kitami, Ghokimi, and Hebolimi Village took part in the plantation drive. BDO GhathashiObedAchumi, Forest Ranger KihotoWotsa, SDPO AkhetoChisho, E.E (PWD) Er.Chengato, F.M Hekato K. Jimo, and other officers took part.
