GrillInn, India’s quick-service restaurant brand, opened its first outlet in Nagaland today at 2 ½ Mile, Darogapathar, Dimapur. The outlet was dedicated by Rev Dr N Paphino in a brief launching ceremony.

Proprietor Hosheto Awomi expressed his happiness at seeing his dream come to fruition. “We Nagas are foodies, and we want to cater to the tastes of the people,” he said, inviting everyone to experience the restaurant’s quality flavours.

In a heartfelt gesture, Awomi dedicated the restaurant to his wife, Livika Chophy, a homemaker. “I wanted her to be an entrepreneur, and today, she is one,” he shared.

According to Awomi, Grill Inn is a combination of Pizza Hut, Burger King, and KFC. “Whatever menu items you find in these restaurants, you will get here. But what you get here, you will not find there,” he stated, highlighting the outlet’s unique selling point.

Since its inception in 2009, Grill Inn has grown into one of India’s most beloved quick-service restaurant brands under Maxwell Food and Beverages India.

With a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, the brand has expanded to over 400 restaurants across India. Each location reflects its commitment to consistent quality, great service, and a delightful dining experience, he said.

Grill Inn offers a dynamic menu featuring over 150 dishes at affordable prices. From tantalizing international cuisines to comforting classics reimagined with a modern twist, every dish is carefully crafted to satisfy diverse tastes and preferences.

The Dimapur outlet currently has five employees—three from Delhi and two from Nagaland. Awomi mentioned that as more Nagas receive professional training, the restaurant plans to hire more local staff, contributing to the socio-economic development of the state.

Online delivery services will be launched soon. The restaurant will operate from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, except on Sundays, when it will open at 12:00 pm.
