Has the Education Department done justice to everyone?

•-With the implementation of RTE across the State, every child was expected to be literate and we were looking forward for a cent percent literate state of Nagaland. But with the recently declared order of SIT vigilance commission /Education Department, we are compelled to think that in the near future, Nagaland, instead of producing educated men and women, will produce more of a farmers and daily wage earners. We doubt if there were any intellectuals in the Education Department that the posting and division of teachers in various districts were made in such an impracticable manner. When one of the Act of Nagaland of RTE clearly states that the medium of instruction should be mother tongue, to the extent possible, then how is it possible that a Sangtam teach in an Ao occupied areas, Sumi in a Lotha occupied areas, Konyak in an Angami occupied areas so and so? How can the Education Department directly violate the act that was clearly stated?
Secondly, as per the order that appeared in the local daily, if the previous appointments were not proved fake or illegal, then why is the pay effecting from 01/04/2011 and not from the date they were withheld from the service? Thirdly, those appointments with forged signatures whose service were on the verge of termination were said to be given last chance by allowing them to appear a suitability test. But surprisingly, how come they got a special privilege than those appointments without any remark i.e. conversion of most of the P/T to G/T and that too posted in urban areas? And why is it that those appointments without any remark are posted in remote areas?
Fourthly, how come some persons appears in both the list i.e. termination order as well as retention order? Are they terminated or retained? Which order they to follow now? Lastly, the listings seem to be set randomly because as per the order, the place of posting of some person appears more than once i.e. one person in two different districts. Were the SIT Vigilance Commission and the Education Department observant in tackling and solving the long awaited controversy?
