Dimapur, August 18 (MExN): The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) of NE region will be organizing a seminar on August 19, 2011 at Circuit House, Walford, Dimapur. The seminar is held to mark the occasion of the Raising day of ESI Corporation, as well as the occasion of 60th Anniversary. Also, a health checkup camp will be held during the day in the same venue.
A press note issued by L. Tsanglao, branch manager, ESIC, Dimapur stated that ESI Corporation is a Social Security Organization under Ministry of Labour, government of India and has completed 60 years of its service to the working class on February 24, 2011. Hence, to mark the occasion, the ESI Corporation has chalked out year long programme including seminar, conclave and various other programme to be held throughout the country.
