Mon, May 19 (MExN): Heavy rainfall and storm around Naginimora and Tiru areas caused a line fault along 66KV Naginimora-Tizit Transmission line on May 19, which resulted in disruption in power supply to parts of Mon and Tizit areas under Mon district. According to a press release from the SDO (Trans), Mokokchung Transmission Division, the heavy rains lasted till evening hours on Wednesday which hampered line restoration works. “The Department is making all efforts to restore power supply at the earliest,” the SDO assured, and requested all affected consumers to bear with the inconvenience.
