Kohima, October 19 (MExN): On the recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, the Governor of Nagaland today effected transfer and posting of some IPS/NPS Officers in the rank of IGPs/DIGPs/SPs & Commandants.
Principal Secretary (Home) Abhijit Sinha, in a notification, informed that the handing and taking over the charge should be completed within 10 days from the date of issue of the notification.
No representation for retention or cancellation of this order will be entertained under any circumstances, it added.
The following IPS/NPS officers were transferred according to the notification:
1. Limasunep Jamir, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur to hold the charge of IGP, (Range).
2. Sonia Singh, IPS, IGP (Range) to be posted as IGP, (HR/ SJ).
3. Rothihu Tetseo, IPS, Principal, PTS to hold the charge of Commissioner of Police, Dimapur.
4. Imtitoshi, NPS, Joint Director, FSL to be posted as SP, Wokha.
5. Vesupra Kezo, NPS, SP, Kiphire to be posted as SP, Phek.
6. Vishal, IPS, SP, (Crime) to be posted as SP, Mokokchung.
7. Manoj Kumar, IPS, SP, Wokha to be posted as SP, (Crime).
8. Yanithung Ezung, NPS, CSO, N/L Civil Sectt to be posted as SP, Longleng.
9. S Sejongmong Sangtam, NPS, SP (SCRB) to be posted as CSO, N/L Civil Sectt.
10. K Swaranambika, IPS, SP, Longleng to be posted as SP, PHQ.
11. Aboli Metha, NPS, SP, (Narcotics) to be posted as Principal, PTS.
12. Amit Nigam, IPS, Asstt Comdt 6th NAP to be posted as SP, Kiphire on promotion.
