A total of 14 colleges across Nagaland participated in the COMMVANZA 2023 at Unity College, Dimapur on February 18.

Dimapur, February 20 (MExN):  The Department of Commerce, Unity College organized its Inter-Collegiate Commerce festival COMMVANZA 2023 on February 18 under the theme ‘Fostering Sustainability and Equitability.’ The events of the festival were included The Entrepreneur, Quiz O Mania, Group Discussion, Turncoat, Shutterbug and Mr & Ms Commvanza.

According to a press release received on Monday, Lezo Putsure, CEO, EduCentre School of Business, graced the festival as the chief guest and a judge. The other judges for the events were Dr Ditalak Mpanme, Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies, Nagaland University; Yanglem Langti, renowned Photographer, Photography Club; Dr Inakali Assumi, Assistant Professor & HoD, Department of English, St John College, Dimapur; and Dr Dhrubajyoti Bordoloi, Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies, Nagaland University was the Quiz Master.

A total of 14 Colleges across Nagaland participated in the festival in various events. The participating Colleges were C-Edge College, Mount Mary College, Pranabananda Women’s College, Patkai Christian College, St. Joseph University, MGM College, Dimapur Government College, Tetso College, Livingstone Foundation International College, SD Jain Girls College, City College of Arts and Commerce, Public College, North East Christian University and Unity College.

The overall winner was Unity College and overall runner-up was Dimapur Government College, the release stated.

The festival was powered by Kaziranga University, Assam as the ‘Diamond Sponsor’ and co-powered by ‘Gold Sponsor’ The Four Season Hotel while other sponsors included Flavours Restaurant and Fingerprint, Dimapur, it added.
