Maligaon, December 5 (MExN): In order to clear the extra rush of the passengers, the service of Howrah-New Jalpaiguri-Howrah Vande Bharat weekly special will continue for another nine trips in both directions. The Vande Bharat weekly special will run upto January 31, 2024 as per its existing, timings, stoppages and composition. Also, it has been decided to run two one-way special trains between Dibrugarh-Santragachi and Guwahati-Gomti Nagar.
Accordingly, train No. 02301/02302 (Howrah-New Jalpaiguri-Howrah) Vande Bharat weekly special will run on every Wednesday from December 6 to January 31, 2024 for nine trips. Train No.02301(Howrah - New Jalpaiguri) Vande Bharat special will depart from Howrah at 05:55hours to reach New Jalpaiguri Jn. at 13:25 hours on same day. In return direction, Train no. 02302(New Jalpaiguri-Howrah) Vande Bharat special will depart from New Jalpaiguri Jn. at 15:00 hours to reach Howrah at 22:35 hours on same day.
Train No. 05947 (Dibrugarh-Santragachi Jn.) one way special will depart from Dibrugarh at 19:55 hours on December 6 to arrive Santragachi Jn. at 03:00 hours on December 8. The train will run via New Tinsukia, Mariani Jn., Dimapur, Lumding Jn., Guwahati, Goalpara, New Bongaigaon, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri Jn., Kishanganj, Malda Town, Burddhaman etc.
Train No. 05652 (Guwahati-Gomti Nagar) one way special will depart from Guwahati at 14:00 hours on December 7 to arrive Gomtinagarat 20:00 hours on next day. The train will run via Rangiya Jn., Bongaigaon, New Alipurduar, NewCoochbehar, New Jalpaiguri Jn., Kishanganj, Katihar, Barauni Jn., Hajipur, Gorakhpur Jn. etc.
The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspaper and social media platforms of NF Railway. “Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey,” Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press note.
