She delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation detailing the centre's infrastructure, manpower, operational functions, achievements, and vision and mission. She specifically highlighted the continual support from the local community, led by the church and the Longkong Village Council Chairman, which has been “made it possible for various infrastructural innovations in the health centre.”

In their remarks, the external assessors, Dr Rajeev Kumar and K Dharani Devi, stated that the NQAS assessment should be viewed not as a scrutiny, but as a valuable opportunity for the facility to learn and improve.
The NQAS certification programme, launched in 2013, is the highest national quality certification for public health facilities in India. It aims to improve the quality in healthcare services. The certification is awarded against the fulfillment of the national quality assurance standard criteria accredited by International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua).
