Dimapur, August 4 (MExN): All heads of Department, Government of Nagaland are informed that the Annual GPF Statement for the year 2010-11 will be issued from the office of the Accountant General (A&E) Kohima as per the following schedule; August 8, 2011- All India Service, Contributory Provident Fund, Medical, Jail, Forest & Miscellaneous; August 9, 2011- Agriculture, Stationery, Veterinary & General Administration & Police; August 10, 2011- Education, Industries & Civil Works.
All heads of Department are hereby, requested to deploy their respective Nodal Officers along with a letter of Authority under the seal and signature of the head of Department to collect the same on the assigned dates. Misc series will be handed over to the Treasuries & Accounts Department; GA to the Commissioner, Nagaland; CW to the Chief Engineer PWD (R&B); AIS & CPF to P&AR department, and EDN to Director of School Education, Nagaland. All other series will be issued to the respective Directories. Nodal officers from these officers may kindly be deputed to collect the statements. Also, due to closure of GPF A/c, no public interview regarding GPF will be entertained till August 10, 2011. The press note was issued by Accounts Officer/PF, office of the Accountant General (A&E).
