Dimapur, September 26 (MExN): The Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland State Branch had organized a relief fund drive for the earthquake victims of Sikkim on September 23, 2011 with the Red Cross volunteers in Kohima. A press note issued by Zakie Kire, General Secretary, IRCSN stated that it is grateful and indebted to all the well wishers, individuals and organizations, who have contributed to the Sikkim Earthquake Relief Fund and hopes that more people will come forward to donate to the relief fund. The relief fund collected will be sent to the IRCS Sikkim in the first week of October 2011. IRCSN in the note also appeals to all well-wishers who would like to contribute something for the people of Sikkim in their time of need to contact the office of the IRCSN, PR Hill, Kohima.
