Kohima Baptist Pastors' Fellowship showed up on the ongoing PCC protest. This is a sign that Naga Church whom i criticize vehemently is leading the way in bringing change in Nagaland, they have understood that " Soli Deo Gloria " means the theological world and the secular world is one, everything needs to be done for God's glory. A decay in the political, social and economic sphere affects the spiritual world in fact God's Kingdom consists of the political, the social and the economic also. That recognition by KBPF will definitely act as a catalyst to changes. That is being truly Jesus. The Church has come out on the streets. Thank you so much.
What disappoints me are the rest. Those who make a show in the papers and in social media doing this and that religious programs, especially the young people. Posting a video or a picture in facebook or Instagram " Lord I want change in Nagaland ." Where were you ? When Jesus not happy by being confined to the so called " Religious " circle and took the streets, you just confine yourself to some buildings and to some programs making a big show or how " Cool in Christ you are." Where are you when Jesus really needs you? When young people were surrounded by Police in Riot gear armed with tear gas and water cannon was brought, where were you? These young people are fighting against Powerful well entrenched Ministers and Bureaucrats and where are you?
Just holding a loud Christian program and shouting change will never bring change ! When Truth needs you in the streets be there ! Will you ever be there ?
