JMC marks 11th Foundation Day with release of ‘Sapentia 2026’

Mokokchung, June 15 (MExN): Jubilee Memorial College (JMC), Mokokchung, commemorated its 11th Foundation Day at the college campus on Monday, with faculty members, students, alumni and well-wishers participating in the celebration.

The programme, hosted by Ms. Otienla I. Kichu of BA fifth semester, began with the College Song, followed by prayer and devotion led by the college counsellor, Mr. Yimnayangner Aier, who also delivered the Word of God and invocation.

A special musical presentation was performed by Ms. Sentijungla Imchen of BA first semester.
Foundation Day greetings were delivered by Mr. Mulato Keny, Co-ordinator of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), and JMC alumnus Mr. Medemren Longchar, who reflected on the institution's journey and encouraged the college community to continue pursuing academic excellence and holistic development.

A major highlight of the programme was the release of "Sapentia 2026," the college magazine featuring literary, academic and creative contributions from students and faculty members.

The dedicatory prayer for the college was led by Rev. Dr. Ponen Longchar, Senior Pastor of MTBA, who prayed for God's continued guidance, wisdom and blessings upon the institution.

The programme concluded with the college marking 11 years of service in higher education and reaffirming its commitment to quality education and the holistic development of society.
