Well, everybody needs a distinct job deserving with own scope. But Is it easy to get a job? I don't think it would be that easy. However it is not hard to get a job-moneywise, this is the simplest method: it's "pay and take" formula, the quickest way of success for those unit of wealthy having Well backups. This class usually grabs the special privileges of holding inopportune jobs leaving suitable group of people possessionless at disadvantage bar. Let's precise with an example; for instance, Ten thousand of eligible candidates appeared NPSC Examination this year, where out which One thousand candidates succeeds(estimation). Forget about those successful persons because they have started to own a Life-Car and refilled the fuel for the next journey , but keep wondering about for the failures. Are they not capable or money overplayed them? The question is for readers to rationalize deeply.

When Literacy Rate is referred village wise, we could see the percentage bearing the outstanding position. In fact there are numerous educated youths who are vagabondage, staying aimlessly at home. This could be assumed as the reason of Money-tricks affecting the mentality, let's demand the Asylum - Justice. Perhaps the use of monetary system vehement to give up one's task causing humiliation. Though there are some who gets what they deserves, a full house don't enjoy the right fruits due to hacky- backdoor thing. However, qualifying in the competitive exam or in such and such exams is not the only job. A fig tree is not just for fruits, it can be used in a way like firewood, temp pillar, leaves for rubber wooden objects and trunk for furniture subject. Likewise, jobs have many parts and can be attained .

When we see the situation of Nagaland, there are many outsiders (Non-Locals) who has left their homes and working here. Shame on us! If others can sacrifice lives and could do jobs for a living then why not us? Many literate and illiterate non-locals are earning in our land , eventually all our wealth flows to their native places. Do you like watching the scene of 'Drains of wealth'? It's never too late, open up your claws and try possible ways to prey which is meant for you.

We all are very much familiar with The Dreamz Unlimited crew. Their every piece of a play have a moral. Don't watch it for fun purpose, instead take it as a lesson of life. Popularly Known Naga singer, Alobo Naga has composed a song title "Mistry Gaana". This song have a essence of Nagas which is much appropriate to our society.

The Head hunting era is over, now is the time to progress towards civilization achieving many things and not heads anymore. Let's stop differentiating amongst us, such as tribes, clan, religion, region, background and so on.. The growth of ism is a disaster and will remain as a disaster throughout whole life . The life on earth can be considered as a dream. One day we all will wake afterlife and will live in eternity as our belief.

All the time talks about transparency, but how transparent is the governance of the state now? Attending church services heartlessly and calling ourselves as Christian. We rather stay back and learn how to love someone faithfully first. There's no second life like in game on earth, don't dare to choose to be in purgatory where both heaven and hell will reject life ticket.

As to resume, jobs alone would not work without development, and development would not work without jobs. Everything works hand in hand;karma- " What goes up must come down". Therefore, concerning on state - Road is the crucial lifeline as of present generation. 'A good road can bring changes and can complete the half meaning of development'. The connectivity of roads are the network of jobs. The life of Nagas would be more independent having better road links. So let's not disappoint one another, indeed let's rise up to share equal opportunities to everyone..
