•-As appeared in local dailies under the heading "job reservation” on 19/02/2011, it is surprising to note that the Government of Nagaland has increased the job reservation quota for Chakhesang tribe by 2% in this modern age. If this trend is continued, then it is not far that in the near future the whole of government job will become reserved. Many Naga educated unemployed youth are on the verge of being overage while waiting for the declaration of results conducted by different department of govt. of Nagaland.
