Addressing a press conference on November 27, the KCCI informed that this year's carnival will be more vibrant and inclusive. "It will be more vibrant with additional events unlike other years. Apart from the food stalls and local crafts promoting local entrepreneurs, this year's edition will include entertainment and theme nights. Highlighting the line up of the 10 days carnival, Rokoneilie Kesiezie, Convenor, Night Carnival informed that the first day will begin with an inaugural event and prayer. The second day, themed as Cultural Night, will witness all stall vendors, participants and visitors donning on traditional attires. In this regard, the KCCI has requested all visitors to don at least one traditional attire on the Cultural Night. On the third day, the Inter-ward choral competition organized by the KCCI and KMC will be held.
