Kedo makes Nepali song debut with gospel-inspired ‘Closer’

Kohima, September 28 (MExN): Kedo, a singer-songwriter, vocalist and voice instructor from Nagaland, has made his debut in the Nepali music scene with “Closer,” a gospel love song created in collaboration with the band.

The song is inspired by the journey of searching for love, peace, purpose, belonging and a place to call home. While “Closer” initially unfolds like a love song, it gradually reveals a deeper message a love letter to God and a reflection on the realization that the One we have been searching for was never truly far away.

At its heart, “Closer” is about discovering that God was always there, present through the search, the questions and the longing for something more.
