Dimapur, August 9 (NNN): NSCN (K) fiery leader Kughalu Mulatonu has been given the portfolio of ‘law and order’ in the outfit set up with immediate effect. NSCN (K) Secretary for ‘Ministry of Information and Publicity’ Sangso Mongzar said Mulatonu was a ‘Kilonser’ (minister) without a portfolio. However, an order from the outfit’s chairman S.S Khaplang today said the ‘Kilonser’ will take charge of the ‘Law and Order’ with immediate effect.
