Kiphire, July 1 (MExN): The District Task Force, Kiphire on COVID-19 held a meeting on relaxation of lockdown regulations on Unlock-1 at DPBD, Conference hall on July 1 under the chairmanship of DC & Chairman, DTF, Kiphire, Rahul Mali, IAS.
A DIPR report stated that the DTF members observed two-minute silent in remembrance of Advisor, IPR, SCERT & VG, Toshi Wungtung, who passed away on July 1 and also six people who died due to COVID-19 in the district. The members also conveyed condolences message to the bereaved family members.
The house reviewed the relaxations of lockdown regulations on Unlock-1 and the members after deliberation decided to implement the State Government’s lockdown relaxation guidelines in the district. The members also reviewed the ongoing vaccination activities with various strategies to be implemented at the village level, to increase COVID-19 activities in the district.
