Kohima, March 25 (MExN): In reiteration to an earlier notification, KMC informed all shops/business establishments/private schools/ clinics/ pharmacies/ cable operators/ private financial establishments/ private institutions/ private tele company like Aircel, Airtel, Reliance, Vodaphone, Tata Indicom, Idea etc within the jurisdiction of Kohima Municipality are hereby requested to obtain/renew their trade license on or before April 30, 2011. A press note issued by Alun Hansing, Administrator, KMC stated that the trade license fee has been enhanced by 15% from the existing rate by rectifying some areas. It also added that any establishment who operates/ operating without registering in the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) office shall be panelized as deem fit, besides no service shall be rendered to them. Further KMC also informed that late fine of Rs. 100/- shall be imposed upon the defaulters.
