The Kohima Bible College (KBC) conducted its 47th graduation programme in its college campus on July 7. This time, 59 students graduated in various courses. 23 students in Master of Divinity (M Div) and 36 students in Bachelor of Theology (B Th) received their degrees.
In a message, KBC principal Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo told the students that as graduates and with degrees they must present the gospel to the world not just being a mere believer but as a disciple of God. He encouraged the graduates to be soul winners while exhorting them not to be religious leaders but spiritual leaders and Kingdom builders.
Earlier, the programme was led by Assistant Professor Zhapu while Academic Dean R Bendang Kichu led the presentation of Degrees and awards. K Chamthoi (M Div) and Mughatoli H Sumi (B Th) were awarded with Academic proficiency Award (overall); Kukhro Doulo (M Div) and Kezhaletuo Kuotsu (B Th) with President's Award For Old Testament; Yesufi Fithu (M Div) and Toluvi Zhimomi (B Th) awarded with Principal's Award for New Testament; Ruokuosezo (M Div); Ruopfüvituo Mepfhüo (B Th) and Jhongtie (B Th) were awarded with Rev Neihulie's Award for Practical Ministry; Nurulu( M Div) and Neiweu Rabvo (B Th) with Spiritual Maturity Award, and Nziyamo N Jungio, Tovika M Chophy and Biduvoyo Puro were presented with Non-Academic Social Service Award.
