KOHIMA, AUGUST 23 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Kohima has issued an order restricting the movement of commercial taxis in Kohima town as part of measures to streamline traffic management.
Under the order, commercial taxis will not be allowed to enter from Lower PWD Junction or exit from Middle Midland Junction near Oking Hospital between 9 AM and 5 PM on all days, with immediate effect. The DC said the order has been issued in the public interest and appealed to citizens to cooperate with authorities for its effective implementation.
