Kohima, April 17 (MExN): The Kohima District Cricket Association (KDCA) will conduct open trial in ‘open category’ to select players to represent Kohima in the senior Men’s Inter District One Day Tournament organised by Nagaland Cricket Association. The trial will be held on April 20 at Rüzhükhrie GHSS Ground (High School Ground) from 8:30 am.
KDCA General Secretary Kenei Sekhose, in a press release informed that all players are to attend the trial at their won expenses. Fitness test will be conducted. Only players selected in open trial will be eligible to represent KDCA. Only players of Kohima district are eligible for the open trial and players from outside of Kohima district are not eligible.
“Verification of player’s documents will be done by KDCA,” it stated. Player's should produce photocopy of Birth Certificate, Aadhaar card, Pan card and any other relevant documents at the time of reporting for Trial for further scrutiny of documents, it added.
