Kohima, December 20 (MExN): Kohima Police personnel intercepted one vehicle Gypsy without Registration number/documents and recovered contraband Ganja while manning Peducha Check gate on December 20. According to a press note from PRO Kohima, the contraband was recovered from two individuals. It weighed around 160 kg with a total of 16 packets which was wrapped with black and white plastic. The two individuals were identified as Vini Poumai (23 yrs), Vill - Lai, Dist - Senapati, P/Add - Lai Village and Masuni (38 yrs), Vill- Lai, Dist -Senapati, P/Add- Lai Village. In this connection, a case has been registered under Sechu Zubza PS vide Kohima Sechu Zubza PS Case No. 23/18 U/S 20(b), ii (c) NDPS Act. The arrested individuals are under police custody for further necessary action.
