Tseminyu, January 21 (MExN): The Executive Body of Kithagha Public Organisation (KPO) has been dissolved following the resignation of five office bearers out of seven and the “general public having lost confidence on the present team who had held the office for more than 9 years,” informed a press release received here.
The Kithagha public of Chunlikha, Nsunyu, and Likhwenchu villages under the aegis of Kithagha GB Union held a general public meeting on January 20 at Nsunyu Village Council Hall and dissolved the same, stated the release from Kithagha GB Union office and appended by Session Chairman Heshu Tep and Session Secretary Yaskha Magh.
Subsequently, Kithagha public opted for re-organisation of KPO and accordingly selected new team of office bearers and Executive Members for a term of 3 years (2018-2021). The team will be led by President Vitsolie Tep and General Secretary Ketsukha Kath. Six other office bearers were selected apart from the Executive Members.
The house along with the newly elected office bearers adopted draft KPO Constitution with slight modification and changes with a sense to inculcate ownership, accountability and transparency to the public, the press release stated.
